This third edition of the Leather Pride Belgium took place over 5 days, from 19-22 January, in Belgium’s fetish capital, Antwerp. More than 3000 visitors to the events helped to make this year’s event even more successful than in previous years.
There were three main events during the weekend:
Big Bang – Friday night at The Boots – saw the highest turnout ever at The Boots.
Recon’s Mega Full Fetish party – The main party of the Leather Pride weekend – Saturday night at Petrol Club.
Antoin, Recon Events Manager came back exhausted from the weekend and told us “The party was hugely successful – we had a fantastic space and awesome DJs. The dancefloor and the cruising areas were completely packed. Even though the management at Petrol club experienced a few problems at the start of the night and refused to let us help them solve the problems, I still think it ended up being one of the best parties ever. It’s a fantastic event and we definitely want to keep people coming back. In 2013 we are taking more control of the party and working closer with LeatherPride on some of the plans. Full Fetish moves from Petrol, to an even larger industrial venue and I plan on being even more hands-on. We want to keep people happy and keep them coming back to Antwerp, having fun at The Boots and enjoying the Leather Pride weekend.”
The closing event was:
Mezzo Giorno. Antwerp’s Club Publik hosted the closing event which was also the Election of Mr Leather Belgium 2012. The hot and hunky turned out in full force to close out the weekend with a bang.
